The Pitch

Let’s assume you’re having the same troubles filling your open roles with great people (because we all are). Are you tired of throwing money and resources at the problem to get little in return? Maybe you’ve thought about building or strengthening your employer brand, but either didn’t know how or how to start.

Employer branding is something every smart company needs to get behind to compete for great talent. In this free 3-hour mini-conference, you’ll hear from five of Chicago’s best employer branding professionals, working for some of the biggest companies and facing some of the toughest challenges. You’ll hear how they approach problems and ideas you can use immediately to support your own recruiting and hiring efforts.

What you’ll learn

  • A better way to define “employer brand” that isn’t about your budget
  • Ways to attract better talent instead of begging them to apply
  • A wider variety of channels and tactics you can use to activate your employer brand
  • Lessons learned from people who have already been there

And of course you’ll get the chance to meet more local recruiting leaders

Who should attend

While employer brand should be something everyone in the company plays a part, this presentation is designed for recruiting and talent acquisition leaders looking to achieve more. If you’re ready to lead in a brave new direction, this is the kind of information you need.
